Policies for Renting Cabin
This is a NON-SMOKING cabin.
A 50% deposit is required at time of rental confirmation.
A refundable security deposit of $100 is due with the balance.
Balance is due two weeks prior to arrival date.
A lock box code will be emailed to renter when balance is paid in full.
Check-in...4:00 pm unless group has special permission to arrive earlier.
Check-out...11:00 am unless group has special permission to check out late.
General Disclaimer
The Cabin Cove and its owner is not responsible for loss due to theft of personal property, accidents, injury or damage to renter or guests from any cause or by acts of nature or God. Any damage that results from tenants who rent the cabin will be estimated and any amount over the security deposit will be billed accordingly.
